Lisa Stevens, Hannah Brown, Henry Ellis and Krista Sirola Join Kirkland's Restructuring Group in London

Kirkland & Ellis is pleased to announce that Lisa Stevens has joined the Firm’s London office as a partner in the Restructuring Practice Group. Ms. Stevens focuses her practice on special situations financings and financial restructurings for a wide range of stakeholders including individual lenders, steering committees, sponsors, borrowers and officeholders.

In addition to the arrival of Ms. Stevens, associates Hannah Brown, Henry Ellis and Krista Sirola have joined Kirkland’s London restructuring team from Herbert Smith Freehills, Milbank and Norton Rose respectively.

Ms. Stevens joins Kirkland from the London office of Latham & Watkins.
