Kirkland & Ellis advised Warburg Pincus, a leading global investment firm focused on growth, on the closing of a $155 million Series E round of financing for Salsify, Inc., a leading commerce experience platform. The round of funding will enable Salsify to further accelerate the product development of its commerce experience management platform.
