Kirkland Counsels Silversmith Capital Partners on Constructor’s $25 Million Series B Funding

Kirkland & Ellis represented Silversmith Capital Partners in connection with a Series B round of financing of Constructor, led by Sapphire Ventures, that values the company at $550 million. Constructor, the leading AI-powered product discovery and search platform for enterprise ecommerce companies, will use the new capital to accelerate product development and innovation — applying the cutting-edge clickstream-based AI that it pioneered to further improve ecommerce product discovery — and continue its rapid international expansion. The transaction was announced June 17, 2024.
