Kirkland Advises The Jordan Company on Closing of Three Acquisitions
Kirkland & Ellis advised The Jordan Company, L.P. (TJC), a middle-market private equity firm with original capital commitments in excess of $13 billion, on the closing of three separate acquisitions in one week. The transactions include:
- The acquisition of Heartland Home Services, a leading technology-enabled provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical and indoor air quality services in the Midwestern United States, from North Branch Capital, LLC. Read the press release from TJC.
