Kirkland Advises Waterland on Closing of €2.5 Billion Fund VIII
Kirkland advised Waterland Private Equity Investments on the recently closed Waterland Private Equity Fund VIII. The fund was closed at its hard cap of €2.5 billion and will focus on control investments in medium-sized companies in growth markets in Europe. The fund was oversubscribed, with demand from investors significantly exceeding the hard cap, and was raised in three months in a completely virtual capital-raising process.
