Kirkland Represents Oak Street Real Estate Capital in Strategic Minority Investment by Goldman Sachs Asset Management Petershill Platform
Kirkland & Ellis represented Oak Street Real Estate Capital, a private real estate investment firm with over $7 billion in assets under management, on the sale of a passive minority interest in its business to Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s AIMS Petershill program. Oak Street Real Estate Capital manages real estate-focused private investments in net-lease investment grade properties.
