Kirkland Advises ThoughtWorks on $720 Million Investment
Kirkland & Ellis advised ThoughtWorks, a global software consultancy and a portfolio company of funds advised by Apax Partners, on a $720 million investment by GIC, Siemens AG, Fidelity Management and Research LLC, and Mubadala Investment Company, which valued ThoughtWorks at an enterprise value of $4.6 billion. Proceeds from the investment will be used to repurchase equity from existing investors.
