Kirkland Advises Vista Equity Partners and Four Winds Interactive on Combination with Poppulo
Kirkland & Ellis advised Vista Equity Partners and its portfolio company, Four Winds Interactive (FWI), the leading provider of enterprise digital signage and workplace experience software, on FWI’s agreement to join together with Poppulo, the leading provider of email and mobile employee communication software. The combination is backed by Vista Equity Partners, and is expected to close early in the second quarter of 2021. Terms of the deal will not be disclosed.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partner Vlad Kroll and associates James Brownstein, Matthew Green and Alex Keane.
