Kirkland Represents Ocean Link in Successful Closing of Second PE Fund

Kirkland & Ellis advised Ocean Link, a private equity firm with a focus on China’s fast-growing consumer, travel and TMT sectors, in the closing of its second USD fund at $580 million. The fund has a broad mix of institutional investors, including Chinese and global corporates, financial institutions, sovereign wealth funds and family offices.
