Kirkland Advises EAB on Investment from BC Partners
Kirkland & Ellis advised EAB, a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners, on a recent investment by BC Partners, a leading international private equity firm. The new partnership between Vista and BC will enhance EAB’s ability to innovate and build solutions that help schools find and enroll right-fit students, support and graduate more students, and prepare their institutions for the future. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Stuart Casillas and Will Mabry, associates Ryan Kabat, Frank Mastroianni and Trevor Sloan and law clerk Gregg Starr, with assistance from corporate partner Ari Levi.
