Kirkland Advises Warburg Pincus on Investment in NetDocuments

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Warburg Pincus, a leading global growth investor, on its decision to significantly invest with existing investor Cove Hill Partners, L.P. in NetDocuments, the leading secure cloud-based content services and productivity platform for law firms, corporate legal teams, and compliance departments. Warburg Pincus is acquiring Clearlake Capital Group, L.P.'s interest in NetDocuments. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
