Kirkland Advises Cleanhill Partners on its Strategic Partnership with KORE Power
Kirkland & Ellis counseled Cleanhill Partners, a private equity firm pursuing investments in the energy transition sector that contribute to decarbonization, on its strategic partnership with KORE Power, Inc., the leading U.S.-based developer of battery cell technology for the energy storage and electric transportation industries.
The Kirkland team included corporate partners Shubi Arora and Jhett Nelson and associate Zach Savrick.
