Kirkland Advises SK Capital Partners on Perimeter Solutions Sale
Kirkland & Ellis advised SK Capital Partners in its agreement to sell Perimeter Solutions, a firefighting products and lubricant additives manufacturer, to publicly listed acquisition company EverArc Holdings Ltd. (LSE: EVRA) in a transaction announced today and valued at approximately $2 billion. Transaction financing is fully committed and, consistent with EverArc’s structure, is not subject to shareholder approval. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
