Kirkland Represents Apax Funds on Acquisition of SavATree
Kirkland & Ellis advised funds advised by Apax, a leading global private equity advisory firm, on the acquisition of SavATree, a leading, professional tree, shrub and lawn care provider, from CI Capital Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in Q4 2021.
