Kirkland Represents Arlington Capital on Acquisition of L3 Electron Devices and Narda West Assets from L3Harris

Kirkland & Ellis advised Arlington Capital Partners on its binding agreement to acquire L3 Electron Devices Inc., a manufacturer of vacuum electron devices, and certain assets comprising the “Narda West” business unit, a manufacturer of microwave components and subsystems for aerospace and defense applications, from L3Harris Technologies (NYSE: LHX). The transaction is subject to relevant regulatory approvals, and financial terms were not disclosed.
