Kirkland Represents Nexstar on Acquisition of The Hill

Kirkland & Ellis advised Nexstar Media Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nexstar Media Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: NXST), on its acquisition of The Hill, the nation’s leading, independent, political digital media platform, for $130 million. The acquisition of The Hill complements Nexstar’s leading digital platform.
