Overview

Armand is a partner in the M&A/Private Equity Practice Group. He serves as lead counsel to large- and mid-market buyout funds and to public and privately-owned companies in a variety of complex transactions, including leveraged acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, equity financings and workouts. Armand has broad experience counseling clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, consumer, financial services, business and information services, industrials, technology, media and communications.

Since 2019, Armand has been recognized by Chambers USA for his work in Private Equity: Buyouts, where clients note “Armand provides phenomenal advice and has an amazing ability to see the larger picture,” “Armand is super-commercial, very supportive and highly strategic,” and “His work product was quite extraordinary.”

Armand was a founding partner of our Boston office in 2017, after practicing in our New York office for 20 years. He holds various leadership roles across the Firm.
