Kirkland Represents Sun Capital on Acquisition of Select Interior Concepts for $411 Million

Kirkland & Ellis advised an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc., a global private equity firm, on its acquisition of Select Interior Concepts, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIC) (“SIC”), a premier distributor of interior building products, for approximately $411 million. Upon the completion of the transaction, SIC will become a privately held company and shares of SIC common stock will no longer be listed on any public markets. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close early in the fourth quarter of 2021.
