Kirkland Advises American Securities on Acquisition of Trace3

Kirkland & Ellis advised American Securities LLC, a leading U.S. private equity firm, on its entry into a definitive agreement to acquire Trace3, Inc. ("Trace3"), a premier provider of consultation services and advanced technical solutions, from an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
