Kirkland Advises Thoma Bravo in Acquisition of HCSS

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Thoma Bravo in its execution of definitive agreements to acquire HCSS, a leading provider of estimating, operations and fleet management software. The transaction was announced September 14, 2021, and financial terms were not disclosed.
