Kirkland & Ellis counseled the Power Opportunities Group of Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. on its partnering with Richards Manufacturing, which manufactures and services, among other things, network protectors, electrical connectors and related supplies and electrical equipment for the distribution utility sector, with members of the Bier Family.
