Kirkland Represents Cressey & Company and HHAeXchange on Investment from Hg

Kirkland & Ellis advised Cressey & Company LP, a leading healthcare-focused private investment firm, and its portfolio company, HHAeXchange, the leading provider of homecare management solutions for payers, providers, and state Medicaid agencies, on a new investment in HHAeXchange from Hg, a leading global investor in software and services. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. 

Kirkland represented Cressey in its initial investment in HHAeXchange in 2019.
