Kirkland's Private Equity Practice Sets Further Path for Growth with Addition of Hendrik Braun as Partner

Kirkland & Ellis is pleased to announce the addition of Hendrik Braun to its growing private equity/M&A practice in Munich. He will join the Munich team as partner.

Hendrik Braun specializes in advising financial investors on national and international M&A transactions. He advises private equity investors on investments and exits, management participation programs and reorganizations as well as on all corporate law issues related to the investment in their portfolio companies. He was previously Counsel with Freshfields in Frankfurt, where he started as a lawyer in 2010.
