Kirkland Advises Arena Fortify Acquisition Corp. on Pricing of $150 Million IPO

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Arena Fortify Acquisition Corp., a blank check company sponsored by Arena Fortify Sponsor LLC, on the pricing of its initial public offering of 15,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on The Nasdaq Global Market and trade under the ticker symbol “AFACU” beginning on November 10, 2021. The offering is expected to close on November 15, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
