Kirkland Advises Fidelity Building Services Group on Agreement to be Acquired by Onex Partners
Kirkland & Ellis advised Fidelity Building Services Group (“Fidelity BSG”), on its agreement to be acquired by Onex Partners V, Onex Corporation’s (TSX: ONEX) $7.2 billion fund. Fidelity BSG is a leading provider of technical building solutions for the commercial and industrial facilities market, delivering best-in-class, non-discretionary services through every phase of a building’s lifecycle. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
