Kirkland & Ellis advised Gorelick Brothers Capital (“GBC”), a 14-year-old investment firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina, in its prospective sale of substantially all of its assets to Bridge Investment Group Holdings Inc. (“Bridge”) (NYSE: BRDG) and a recapitalization of a $660 million single family rental portfolio, which was announced today.
