Kirkland Advises Pollen Street Capital on £1 Billion Capital Raise
Kirkland & Ellis advised London-based Pollen Street Capital on the raising of over £1 billion ($1.3 billion; €1.2 billion) in capital comprising its flagship private equity fund, PSC IV, at its £700 million hard cap and surpassing its initial target of £600 million. Pollen Street also raised more than £150 million in co-investment capital and more than £185 million for PSC Accelerator, a dedicated top-up fund, which also serves as a continuation fund for certain assets from its prior vehicles.
