Kirkland Advises Thoma Bravo on $200 Million Series C Investment in Paradox
Kirkland & Ellis advised Thoma Bravo on its lead role in a $200 million Series C investment in Paradox, the conversational recruiting platform built to give every recruiter, hiring manager and talent professional an assistant to get work done. The round was also led by Stripes and Sapphire, and included participation from Workday Ventures, Indeed, Willoughby Capital, Twilio Ventures, Blue Cloud Ventures, Geodesic, Principia Growth, DLA Piper Venture Fund and current investor Brighton Park Capital.
