Kirkland Represents Cresta Fund Management in Acquisition of Braya Renewable Fuels
Kirkland & Ellis counseled Cresta Fund Management in connection with its transaction to acquire a controlling investment in an idled North Atlantic 135,000 barrel-per-day Come-by-Chance refinery from Silverpeak. The refinery, rebranded as Braya Renewable Fuels, will convert to production of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel.
The Kirkland team is led by transactional partners Kevin Crews and Tony Johnston; tax partner Steve Butler and associate Nicole Martin; and investment funds partners Matt Nadworny and Laura Stake and associate Nathan Wolcott.
