Kirkland Advises Clearhaven Partners on Acquisition of Third Light by PhotoShelter

Kirkland & Ellis advised Clearhaven Partners in partnership with PhotoShelter, a leading provider of digital asset management (DAM) software trusted by thousands of global organizations and enterprises, on PhotoShelter’s acquisition of Third Light, a UK-based DAM software provider. The acquisition was made less than four months after Clearhaven's recent growth investment in PhotoShelter. Financial terms were not disclosed.
