(Nasdaq: APR), a leading provider of integrated home healthcare equipment and related services in the United States, for approximately $1.6 billion. The transaction enables Owens & Minor to better serve the entire patient journey and positions the company as a leader in the home healthcare market. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, and is expected to close during the first half of 2022.
