Kirkland Counsels RES and KKR on New and Continued Investments into RES
Kirkland & Ellis represented Resource Environmental Solutions, LLC (RES), the largest ecological restoration company in the United States, and investment funds affiliated with its existing investor Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. LP (KKR), in connection with the signing of definition documentation for investments into RES by affiliates of Onex Partners and KKR. Financial terms were not disclosed.
