Kirkland Represents LNK Partners on Strategic Investment in Tommy John

Kirkland & Ellis advised LNK Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in the consumer and retail sector, on its minority investment in Tommy John, a comfort-focused lifestyle brand. As part of the investment, Manny Chirico and David Landau of LNK Partners have joined the brand’s Board of Directors.
