Kirkland Advises Experity in Sale to GTCR Affiliate
Kirkland & Ellis counseled Warburg Pincus-backed Experity Inc., the country’s largest electronic health records company, in its sale to an affiliate of GTCR. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Jai Agrawal and Kim Hicks and associate Kartik Khanna; and debt finance partner Eric Wedel.
