Kirkland Advises Guidepost Growth Equity on $70 Million Funding Round for dscout
Kirkland & Ellis advised Guidepost Growth Equity on its lead role in the $70 million Series C funding of dscout, the fast-growing remote experience research technology platform. The new capital will fuel the company's rapid market expansion, continued technology and product development, and hiring initiatives. Chris Cavanagh, general partner of Guidepost, will join the company's board.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Dan Vaczy and Christian Atwood and associates Aly Francini, Ricky Aiello and Sydney Hood, and technology & IP transactions partner Matt Lovell and associate Alex Barata.
