Kirkland Advises Partners Group on Acquisition of Forterro

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm, acting on behalf of its clients, on the acquisition of Forterro, a leading pan-European software services provider for small and mid-sized businesses, from Battery Ventures. The transaction values Forterro at an enterprise value of EUR 1 billion.
