Kirkland & Ellis advised Education Networks of America (ENA), a market-leader in providing managed network connectivity and security services to E-Rate-funded school districts and other public sector customers, on its sale to Zayo Group, a leading global provider of fiber-based communications solutions. ENA is a portfolio company of ZMC, a leading investor in and operator of technology, media and communications investments. The transaction is subject to customary approvals and closing conditions.
