Kirkland Advises Apax Partners on Recommended Cash Offer for EcoOnline Holding AS
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Erling Bidco AS, a company indirectly wholly-owned by funds advised by Apax Partners, on its recommended cash tender offer for all issued and outstanding shares of EcoOnline Holding AS, a EHS SaaS company listed on Euronext Growth (OSE ticker: ECO). The Offer Price implies a total consideration for all the Shares of approximately NOK 3,768 million.
