Kirkland Advises BC Partners on Financing of Billion Euro Acquisition of Havea in France

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Funds advised by BC Partners on the financing of its acquisition of a majority stake in Havea, the French leader in natural healthcare serving the European market, from 3i Group. Havea is a leading French natural healthcare group with a major presence across Europe.
