Kirkland Advises Levine Leichtman Capital Partners on Acquisition of Technical Safety Services
Kirkland & Ellis advised Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP), a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, on its acquisition of Technical Safety Services (TSS) from The Edgewater Funds and JZ Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
