Kirkland Advises Knox Lane on Strategic Investment in Elevation Labs

Kirkland & Ellis advised Knox Lane, a growth-oriented investment firm focused on partnering with businesses in the consumer and services sectors, in connection with a definitive agreement to invest in Elevation Labs, a leading formulator and manufacturer of premium beauty products. The transaction closed on June 30, 2022. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
