Kirkland Represents Funds Advised by Apax on Acquisition of Pickles

Kirkland & Ellis advised funds advised by Apax Partners LLP, a global private equity firm, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Pickles Auctions Pty Limited, Australia’s leading marketplace for vehicles, industrial, and salvage assets. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2022.
