Kirkland Advises Augment on US$85 Million Investment in Origo Energia
Kirkland & Ellis counseled Augment Infrastructure on its equity investment with the Danish Investment Fund for Developing Countries (IFU) of US$85 million in Origo Energia, a leading distributed generation company in Brazil. Origo Energia owns solar farms across Brazil and serves residential customers and small and medium enterprises under Brazil’s Distributed Generation Law of 2022. Origo Energia’s shareholders include TPG ARTCircularis, MOV Investimentos and Mitsui.
