Kirkland Advises Comvest Partners on Debut $252 Million Special Opportunities Fund
Kirkland & Ellis counseled Comvest Partners, an operationally focused middle-market private investment firm, on the launch of a structured capital investment platform, Comvest Special Opportunities, and the close of the platform’s debut fund, Comvest Special Opportunities Fund, L.P., with $252 million in capital commitments.
The Kirkland team was led by investment funds partner Nicholas DiCrescenzo and associate Jonathan Palmer, and included investment funds partner Chris Kallos; investment funds regulatory partner Michael Chu; and tax partners Dan Meehan and Paul Patrow.
