Kirkland Advises Sani/Ikos Group on Strategic Partnership Agreement with GIC Valuing Business at €2.3 Billion
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Sani/Ikos Group, the luxury beach resort group in the Mediterranean, on its strategic partnership agreement with GIC, a global institutional investor, involving the sell down of the stakes of existing investors Oaktree Capital Management L.P., Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Moonstone, Florac and Hermes GPE.
The transaction values the Sani/Ikos Group at €2.3 billion, and is expected to close in the 4th quarter of 2022, subject to customary regulatory approval.
