Kirkland Advises Tims China on Completion of Business Combination with Silver Crest and Listing on NASDAQ
Kirkland & Ellis has advised TH International Limited (Tims China), the master franchisee and operator of Tim Hortons coffee shops in China, on the completion of its business combination with Silver Crest Acquisition Corporation. The transaction valued Tims China at approximately $1.4 billion. The combined company has retained the TH International name and its shares and warrants began trading on NASDAQ under the symbols “THCH” and “THCHW” on September 29, 2022.
