Kirkland Advises EW Healthcare Partners on Acquisition of Germfree Laboratories

Kirkland & Ellis advised EW Healthcare Partners on its acquisition of Germfree Laboratories, a leading U.S. manufacturer of turnkey, mobile and modular cleanrooms and biocontainment facilities, as well as the equipment and services required for critical environments. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
