Kirkland Represents Apax Funds and Boasso Global on Sale to KKR

Kirkland & Ellis advised Funds advised by Apax Partners LLP, a leading global private equity advisory firm, and its portfolio company, Boasso Global, Inc., a premier provider of depot, maintenance, cleaning, and transportation services for the ISO tank container industry in North America and Europe, on the sale of Boasso to KKR, a leading global investment firm. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
