Kirkland Advises Kepro and Apax Partners in Connection with Kepro’s Merger with CNSI
Kirkland & Ellis advised certain investment funds advised by Apax Partners, and its portfolio company, Kepro, a leading provider of technology-enabled care management, quality oversight and clinical assessment services, on Kepro’s agreement to merge with CNSI, a leading provider of innovative healthcare technology products and solutions. The combined company will help government-sponsored healthcare agencies and payers expand healthcare access, enhance quality, improve health outcomes and lower costs through its clinical services, provider management, health claims and encounter processing, interoperability, and health analytics services and solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Adam Clifford, Matthew O’Brien and Michael Movsovich and associates Joel Varner and Dane Christensen, debt finance partner Andrew Idrizovic and associates Ashley Martin and Elizabeth Williams, and tax partners Sara Zablotney and Adam Kool and associate Nithya Sheshadri.
