Kirkland Advises on Sale of Hermetic Solutions Group to Qnnect
Kirkland & Ellis advised Hermetic Solutions Group, Inc. (HSG), a portfolio company of Windjammer Capital Investors (Windjammer), on the sale of HSG to Qnnect LLC, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management. HSG designs and manufactures highly engineered, mission-critical electronic solutions to protect, preserve and facilitate electronic signal generation and transmission.
